Have one child on a gfcf diet, I have lowered my dairy intake, but still feel super sluggish. Would love to do this detox for myself and my husband who suffers from multiple post-chemo complications.

My fave healthy food is a smoothie! They can be light (fruits and coconut water), refueling (add plant based protein powder) or decadent (raw cocao, bananas, almond milk).

This giveaway couldn’t have come at a more perfect timing! I am in the middle of a sugar detox, 3 weeks strong! I was planing on doing a full cleanse after Thanksgiving. My favorite healthy food would have to be organic honey crisp apples. They are only seasonal in my area, but they are the best thing I have ever eaten and so worth the wait.
Currently, my favourite healthy food is lentil salad. I am also currently in love with toasty almond tea by Tealish.
Oh I could sooo use a detox and a plan for how to do it. My favorite healthy food at the moment is a fried egg and sauteed chard for breakfast. Mmmm.
Hmm…I have to pick just one favorite healthy food? Okay. Avocados….no wait. Swiss Chard. Oh, but then there is Coconut butter. But dark chocolate is healthy too. So maybe I will just go with that. π
My favorite healthy food is Quinoa!! As a breakfast cereal, a salad for lunch with sesame oil and sweet potato (mmmm), or as an alternative to rice with dinner this go anywhere, eat anytime food is the best!! π
My favorite food right now is tofu. You can do so much with it! I especially like to bread it and bake it after freezing/thawing, like little “chicken” bites. Yum!
I’m so excited for this! Some of my favorite healthy food…quinoa with a gf,df,sf Szechuan sauce, anything with red organic peppers! Hummus! Oh my list could go on forever! π

I just found out that I have 8 food allergies. Peppers have been a life saver! So yummy and sweet.

My favorite healthy food is any recipe I make just a touch healthier by adding veggies or subbing olive oil for butter or just by making things from scratch and leaving out all of the unnecessaries. I have been looking for the right detox for me. Cheers!

Favorite health food? I enjoy avocado, salmon, quinoa, mangoes. Recently rediscovered brown rice flour bread which is enjoyable.

I love all fruit!
My favorite is almonds, they are so versatile! I crush them in my blender for smoothies (gives a rich, nutty flavor), they can be added, whole or chopped, to granola, roasted and chopped as a topping for salads or oats, ground in cakes, cookies, and Indian style gravies, toasted with olive oil, salt and spices… And of course, almond butter. YUM! Now that’s a great way of getting proteins, minerals like calcium and magnesium, and healthy fatty acids.
… My favorite healthy food right now is avocado pudding made with avocados, cacao, stevia and some coconut milk. Amazing!
