That’s a toughie. One of my favs is the Student’s Go Vegan cookbook (her Go Vegetarian one is awesome too.) Also loving the newest purchase, which isn’t wholly vegan but mostly and adaptable as necessary: Veggie Burgers Every Which Way. This book rocks!

If I have to pick a favourite vegan cookbook in my collection, it’s probably Eat, Drink & Be Vegan. But I just checked out Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen from the library, and I’m quite enjoying it, so I would love to win it (and the others you have offered).

Plenty of the recipes in my all time favorite cookbook, Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone by Deborah Madison, are vegan. And I love that it’s arranged by vegetable so you can cook with whatever you have on hand!

Wow! Thanks for this opportunity! YUM! My favorite cookbook is “How to Cook Everything Vegetarian” by Mark Bitman. Every recipe isn’t vegan, but it is very close & you can always make substitutes!

My five year old daughter is vegitarian and now my 5 month old son has a milk protein sensitivity, so I have been dairy-free for a few months, and seriously considering cutting all dairy from our family diet. I need help though with recipies and meal ideas, because I was raised with lots of meat and dairy and don’t have experience with a lot of healthier options. On my wishlist is “Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World” because I love the title and have seen good reviews.

I would love to win all of these cookbooks, as I have none of them. Thanks, Alisa!

Allergy Tales: Making Friends. by Carey Shoemaker. It’s a childrens book about having food allergies and the worry of making friends. I hadn’t seen many on this topic and in my own search of trying to find some books on gluten, dairy and egg free for myself, as being newly charged with the feat, I about think I can relate on many levels. I can’t seem to find a book that covers the three foods I’m suppose to avoid and I think I’m scared:( Being uninformed adds to the stress. Hoping to find some help on recipes and others with the same food sensitivities….and I hope I figure out what to eat for breakfast:(

THanks for this give-away. I have looked at three of these four books over and over in the bookstore, but always put them all back since I can’t choose which one to buy.

My favorite vegan cookbook is Clean Food by Terry Walters. She doesn’t mention in the book at all that it is vegan but it absolutely is! And, the recipes are catagorized by season which I love! Can wait to see the back to school recipes.
