Giveaway: BIG Gift Package from Pamela’s Products
Yes my friends, the giveaways are back! Due to sporadic travel over the summer months, I had to put a hold on the giveaways … but there was no way I was going to give them up completely. In fact, the product line-up has already started, and first on the giveaway menu is this awesome gift package from Pamela’s Products … all gluten-free and dairy-free I might add:
1 bag Pamela’s Gluten-Free Bread Mix
1 bag Pamela’s Cornbread & Muffin Mix
1 bag Pamela’s Chocolate Cake Mix
1 bag Pamela’s Vanilla Frosting Mix
1 bag Pamela’s Simplebites Ginger Snapz
1 bag Pamela’s Extreme Chocolate Simplebites Mini Cookies
1 Pamela’s bag clip
1 Pamela’s measuring spoon
1 Pamela’s t-shirt
1 Pamela’s tote bag
Of course, before I offer any type of giveaway, I make sure the product has been tested by myself or one of my trusted Go Dairy Free reviewers. Amy taste-tested and exceedingly approved the cookies, bread mix (same bread mix, new gluten-free name), cake and frosting mixes; and I got my hands on the cornbread mix, which was awesome! Since I had an extra package of Pamela’s I did some experimentation, and also made these great Strawberry-Vanilla Cornbread Muffins …

I’ve been using Pamela’s prouducts for the last seven years.I’m strictly wheat and gluten free because of Celiac.
I lke most of the products and am very thankful to have them available. I love the muffins most. The best ones I had are the ones Jan made from your mix to suprise me on a visit to her. You don’t have to need your products to use them anyone can get good results from your mixes. Those were the best because someone cared enough to do that for me.
Spicey Ginger with crystalized ginger. MMM
Pamela’s products are THE BEST. My daughter and grandson with high functioning autism eat gluten free and I am always making things for them… You cannot go wrong with Pamela’s. Experimented this week converting recipes with Pamela’s products and made special treats for them…. Thank you for making this “gluten free” life a little easier, and much more tasty!

I love all of the products I have tried so far. I have only been gluten free for about 6 weeks so I am still learning. I especially like the corn bread mix but would love to try the cake mix or really any of the ones I haven’t tried yet.
I use Pamela’s Pancake/Baking mix at least weekly. I love it! I have also tried the cake mix and frosting mix, both excellent. And the cookies, although great for eating, also make good pie crusts (crushed first of course). I would love to try the bread mixes.

I have only tried Pamela’s biscotti and love them! I would like to try the brownie mix and pretty much any of the others. They all look and sound delicious!
Haven’t tried any of them yet but would love to. Recently found out I need to be dairy/gluten free and it is hard to find stuff that tastes like the old favorite comfort food. Would really love some chocolate cake.
We’ve only tried the pancake mix but we LOVED it way better than any other commercial mix we’ve tried. Actually, better than our homemade mixes too! I would love to try the bread mix!!
I still haven’t tried the bread mix, and I definitely want to give it a shot!
my son was just diagnosed with a milk protein allergy so since im breast feeding i must now be dairy and soy free. Im dying to try the chocolate cake mix with the frosting
I love the bread mix and the gingersnap cookies equally!
I love the versatility of Pamela’s Pancake and Baking Mix. I use it in my pizza crusts, for pancakes and waffles, and I just used it in a recipe for corn dogs for my daughter – that was her birthday lunch request. I love that it has brown rice, and almond flour. That adds fiber and nutrients to the usually quite starchy gluten-free foods. Thanks!
I love the Pamela’s gluten-free bread mix. After fiddling with the recipe, I’ve found that allowing the dough to rise for 2 to 2 1/2 hours (instead of the recommended 1 hour) creates a similar texture to regular wheat bread (soft and fluffy, yet doesn’t crumble apart like many other gluten-free breads!). I also use the Orgran gluten-free egg replacer (use 5 teaspoons of egg replacer with 2 tablespoons of warm water to make mixture). I would like to try Pamela’s new gluten-free corn bread. Sounds so good with gluten-free chili for the upcoming fall/winter months. I recently made the zucchini and pumpkin spice breads from the recipes printed on the back of the bulk sized baking/pancake mixture, and my friends and family loved them. Also, made my grandmother a gluten-free coconut cake from Pamela’s vanilla cake baking mix for her birthday in July, which my family says is their favorite gluten-free desert so far.
I love the pecan Shortbread cookies. They remind me of the pecan sandies I loved before I was diagnosed.back in the 80s.I have been waiting for the cornbread mix to arrive in our Austin stores, but it hasn’t been provided yet. I plan to try out several products but haven’t yet. So glad for all the available products now.
Well, I’m going to make the bread tonight….
I love the way my wife makes pancakes or waffles from Pamela’s baking flour mix. It also is used to make delicious banana cake.
I am dying to try the Butter Shortbread and the Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies too!
mini cookies for shoa! LOL
My 3 year old son loves when I make him Pamela’s Pancake’s. I make 2 batches at a time and make them like silver dollars. I freeze them for him & put them in the microwave for 20 seconds. They come out as if I just made them fresh. They are the best.
I would love to try and make him The Classic Vanilla Cake & frosting.
Having a 3 year old that is now gluten-free it is hard to find products that he would like. It would be great if Pamela’s would make “oreo cookies” He loves them and now I can’t given them to him anymore. That would be a great snack to give him for school.
I love the baking and pancake mix. I have made so many things with it and everyone loves the flavor, including my donuts.
I would love to try the frosting mixes, but my store doesn’t seem to carry those so I will have to order online.
Any new product from Pamela’s would be appreciated so far I’ve loved what I’ve tried.Thanks.
Love your lemon shortbread and dying to try your organic spicy ginger with crystalized ginger
When I first went GF about 20 months ago, the first mixes I started with were Pamela’s; All-Purpose Pancake and Bread. I asked a woman in the GF aisle which brand she preferred and she whole-heartedly endorsed Pamela’s over many other selections available. I don’t recall her name but I do remember her advice! As I was checking out, the sales clerk said she really likes Pamela’s pancakes better than regular ones and she’s not gluten sensitive.
I’ve tried others and always return to Pamela’s. The all-purpose and bread mixes are the most versatile of all brands. I’m currently making my way through all the recipes on their site. I’ve even been working on a few modifications of my own!
My gluten-eating friends can’t tell the difference and even comment they’re way better.Gee, it might be that they’re actually tasting real food for the first time.
I’ve since tried both chocolate and vanilla cakes, brownies, chocolate chip, corn bread and almost every flavor of cookie. My favorites are the ginger snaps and gingerbread cookies.
I can’t wait for the new cheesecakes to arrive in stores or online outlets.
The butter shortbread!
I love Pamela’s Chocolate cake mix. The cake is yummy. I would like to try the bread mix next. I bought a bread maker so I could initiate 2 new activities with one new wish. The one thing I wish would be developed is a good English muffin mix. I love English muffins for breakfast and it has been a long time since I had one.

We are new to gluten AND dairy-free, and these products would help so much! I love the little chocolate cookies! I’ve heard good things about the bread mix and would love to try that!
Oh!
Pamela’s is honestly the best gluten-free choco. cake mix. It’s very lusicous and dreamy. I can eat a full pan in one day. 🙂
So, I’ve tried that and the vanilla cake mix.
My allergic toddler enjoys these as well.
I’d actually love to try the frosting mixes, but they aren’t on the shelves locally, and I just never order food online, though I should.
If my name was chosen, I would share a couple of these with my allergy family friends or use a couple as giveaways/prizes with our support group.
The Extreme Chocolate cookies sound amazing!
Pamela’s products sound incredible! It’s great that they are both gluten and dairy free. I’ve never tried their products before but the chocolate cake sounds decadent! An interesting idea for the future… orange-infused chocolate chip cookies! Sounds unique and tastes absolutely amazing.
OK, I have returned to post that I’ve spread the word.
I messaged the members in our support group to check out this giveaway. 🙂
My cupboard is full of Pamela’s products! Of all of them, I love the ginger snapz in the green bag. They have such a great spicey taste that even my ginger snap loving husband eats them with me.
I just found out I have dairy cheese egg and wheat allergies and it’s been hard trying to fiqure out what I can eat and trying to cook for my family also. So I would love to try anything that I can have. I will spread the word on my facebook page as well,
When I decided to go gluten and diary free – i thought my chocolate chip cookie days were over:( But then I found Pamela’s Simplebites Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies and HAPPY DAYS…I can’t wait to try ALL the Gluten Free and Dairy Free Products!
The Pamela’s Extreme Chocolate Simplebites Mini Cookies is what I would like to try the most. What a great healthy group of foods. I havent tried any yet but am excited to!
My gluten free baby girl will turn 5 on Sept. 2 and she would love to have a whole bunch of Pamela’s yummies as a gift!
Retweeted the contest on Twitter. Hope it helps!
I want to try the Strawberry-Vanilla Cornbread Muffins! They look soooo yummy!!! I would LOVE to try all the products! I have a milk allergy that Ive had since I was born that has gotten worse with more severe reactions. So Im trying to go completely dairy free and looking for ways to do that! Im so glad I found this site!!
I have not tried any of Pamelas products. My husband does the grocery shopping and as he refuses to admit that he is totally lactose intolerant he would not buy these products. He just suffers, so maybe, just maybe, if he tried this, and so suffering was involved he might actually buy it. If I was buying I would pick the corn muffins and bread. Yum…
My name is Pamela, thats honestly what first made me try your products, I was just diagnosed 2 weeks ago with celiac, and your products have literally saved my life, I love the most the Chunky chocolate chip cookies. YUM YUM. Keep baking so I can keep living:)
also I announced your products on my myspace and on my arthritis site. It is a complete guide to cooking with arthritis. Thank you! Thank you!
The one time I made Pamela’s brownies (with glaze from the “My Sweet Vegan” cookbook, they were a huge success! I would love to try a cornbread mix because I haven’t had cornbread in years–and what else are you supposed to eat with chili, huh???
would love to try the lemon biscotti…don’t know that Pam products are available in my town. I’m always looking for dairy free
I am dying to try the Spicy Ginger Organic Cookies and the Classic Vanilla Cake Mix. I’d like to see them offer Lemon Poppyseed muffins or bread.
I have never tried any of the products, but they all sound really good.
I would love to try the espresso chocolate chunk cookies.
