Giveaway: BIG Gift Package from Pamela’s Products
Yes my friends, the giveaways are back! Due to sporadic travel over the summer months, I had to put a hold on the giveaways … but there was no way I was going to give them up completely. In fact, the product line-up has already started, and first on the giveaway menu is this awesome gift package from Pamela’s Products … all gluten-free and dairy-free I might add:
1 bag Pamela’s Gluten-Free Bread Mix
1 bag Pamela’s Cornbread & Muffin Mix
1 bag Pamela’s Chocolate Cake Mix
1 bag Pamela’s Vanilla Frosting Mix
1 bag Pamela’s Simplebites Ginger Snapz
1 bag Pamela’s Extreme Chocolate Simplebites Mini Cookies
1 Pamela’s bag clip
1 Pamela’s measuring spoon
1 Pamela’s t-shirt
1 Pamela’s tote bag
Of course, before I offer any type of giveaway, I make sure the product has been tested by myself or one of my trusted Go Dairy Free reviewers. Amy taste-tested and exceedingly approved the cookies, bread mix (same bread mix, new gluten-free name), cake and frosting mixes; and I got my hands on the cornbread mix, which was awesome! Since I had an extra package of Pamela’s I did some experimentation, and also made these great Strawberry-Vanilla Cornbread Muffins …

I and my family love the Pamela’s Gluten Free Baking Mix. It makes the BEST pancakes ever! So yummy. Great for anything you would use a baking mix for. Their pumpkin bread recipe on the bag (with 1 cup of pumpkin instead of 1 can…their mistake in printing) is wonderful too.
I like anything “Pamela’s” as most of my support group told me 3 months ago when I was first diagnosed with Celiac………….I use the bread mix for my favorite Italian bread recipes since that is what I seem to miss the most being from Italian descent……..the pancake mix is fast and easy and useful in other recipes too………..so as you can see, it didn’t take me long to have a friend in Pamela’s. And when I’m feeling lazy, I always have their cookies in my pantry just ready to go!! Thanks Pamela!!
My fav is by far the chocolate cake mix! AH-mazing.
… and now all of Twitter land knows it!
i cant decide between the chocolate walnut or lemon almond biscotti
I really love the Pamela’s mixes and actually, her double chocolate chip cookies are my absolute favorite. Thank you Pamela.
My favorite Pamela’s product is the choclate cake mix.
I love their Chocolate Brownie Mix, I’m dying to try the Extreme Chocolate Simplebites Mini Cookies. I would love it if they developed a chocolate mousse (I think I spelled it right).
I just was diagnosed with gluten intolerance yesterday. So I’m busy researching the problem on the web and have seen Pamela’s products praised and mentioned in many places. To start with, I will want to try the Ultimate Baking and Pancake Mix, as that seems to be the most versatile.
After that, the Lemon Shortbread Cookies are already making my mouth water!
My 3 year old has Celiac disease. So the last year has been full of experiments!! I am so grateful for all of your cookies and bread mixes, they have been lifesavers!! She gets so excited to eat the fancy wrapper cookies! Thank you!!! I look forward to her b-day this year. We are going to do an ALL gluten free birthday party. She is excited to be able to eat everything with all of her friends. I have never done a cake mix before, but look forward to this new adventure.
Marcie
I have tried the brownie mix and the shortbread cookies. Both were quite good! I would like to try you strawberry vanilla corn muffins. Those look so yummy!
Thank you!
I adore Pamela’s Extreme Chocolate Simplebites Mini Cookies – you would never know they were gluten and dairy free! I would love to try either her vanilla or chocolate frosting – my 3-year old is a huge cupcake fan and because of his/my allergies, we’ve had “naked” cupcakes for months now!
I just discovered the pancake mix. YUMMY!
I’m posting this on twitter too.
would love to try the Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies
Clinton, my son, has Autism and GI problems. Prior to starting the GF diet he wouldn’t touch a cupcake or cookie,or pizza of any kind. Pamela’s vanilla cake mix, baking mix, and bread mix changed all of that. He asks for cupcakes now, and scarfs down cookies. He also likes the thin crust pizza that we make for him with the bread mix. Heck, he’s even eating hamburger buns that we make. We are so grateful, his stomach no longer bloats and he is healthier and happier.
I have several favorites of Pamela’s Products…but the item I use every week is the gluten free bread mix. I love the tasate, texture and moistness of the bread it creates, as well as the versatility of the mix. I’ve been gluten free for 3 1/2 years and had been using a different mix that used bean flours. A few months ago I found out I need to omit legumes and dairy from my diet as well as gluten. I was so pleased that I found Pamela’s bread mix – it made the transition so much easier!
I also adore the chocolate chocolate chunk cookies – as a special treat. My husband (who can eat whatever he likes – and does) loves these cookies, too, as well as the gingersnaps and chocolate chip cookies.
I would love to try the Chocolate Simplebites Mini Cookies….as well as the chocolate chip wqalnut cookies.
I wish Pamela’s would make a dairy-free pancake mix!
Thanks for this opportunity and for your blog.
I tried Pamela’s gluten free bread mix and fell in love with it. Makes a great yeast bread. Her baking mix is great for pancakes and I have used it for making cranberry nut bread (my own adaptation) Also found it made a great substitution for the dumplings in my Mom’s recipe for Warm berries and dumplings.
I would love to try the cornbread mix. I’m a southern girl at heart and love a slice of cornbread with a bowl of pinto beans and a glass of buttermilk. I have to order Pamela’s products to even try them and am on a very limited income, so am trying them a little at a time.
My favourite is the Pancake mix!! I make it with blueberries, or with banana and vanilla and cinnamon mixed in. All my friends like it even better pancakes made with wheat flour!
I also adore the brownie mix. I do the “butter recipe” with extra water added for the more cake-like version.
I am dying to try vanilla cake mix with the chocolate icing!
I don’t twitter/tweet, blog or facebook. But I am e-mailing all my friends, etc about Pamela’s products to get them to try them.
I enjoy Pamela’s chocolate chip cookies – perfect when you need something sweet.

I passed on the word on facebook!

I love Pamela’s Brownie Mix. Love. It.
After years of infertility and endometriosis, I read a book about the effects of wheat. I decided to go wheat-free and feel 100% better. And my battle with infertility ended with the birth of twin girls.
I figured I was destined to a life of blah with no wheat. My sister made Pamela’s brownies for my baby shower and I couldn’t get enough. Now I buy ’em by the case from Amazon just so I know I always have some.
I also keep my girls wheat-free and they really enjoy Pamela’s pancakes with some yogurt drizzled on top.
I love the chocolate cake mix….my husband who does not need to eat gluten-free was completely fooled when I served him a “great chocolate cake” (to use his words)….it really is wonderful. And, thanks for doing the giveaway!
My favorite? Do I have to pick just one?!? Okay, then its the baking and pancake mix because of its versatility. I used to just make pancakes with it, but then I started making the biscuits (recipe on back) and the banana bread. Yum! I have also tried the bread mix in my bread maker, the brownies, and the cookies (mix and prepared), and I love them all. Pamela’s is the only brand I can trust will fool the “glutenous” every time! My store doesn’t carry the frosting yet, and I would love to see more cakes and cookie mixes. My husband, who has no gluten sensitivity, says that everything Pamela touches turns to gold!
I use Pamela’s pancake and baking for many, many things-it makes such good pancakes that if I weren’t gluten intolerant, I’d still use it! Makes great blueberry muffins too. I’d like to see a Pamela’s german chocolate cake mix.
I am just beginning a gluten free diet. I am reading and really checking the stores where I shop. I just learned of Pamela’s Products from a book I am reading and they come highly recommended. I can’t wait to see what is available this weekend when I go shopping. It’s been pretty discouraging to go G-free until I read about all the wonderful things available that Pamela has! I can’t wait to see what my local store carries! I am beginning to feel like this is something I can really do! Thanks to all those at Pamela’s.
Sorry, I don’t have any way to “spread” the word. I’m not going to join facebook f just to post. 🙁 But I will be sharing this brand with some friends of mine who use G free products. 🙂
I am wanting to enter the contest and I hope this is the right place to do it =) I LOVE Pamelas products. My entire family, myself, my husband, my children, and even my four siblings and parents just recently found out that we all need to go gluten free. It has been quite a life altering experience for us, but one we feel is quite worth it. I have found the transition so much easier due to Pamelas products. Being a chocoholic my favorite mix has been the cookies, brownies, and chocolate cake mix. However I have tried all of the mixes and have enjoyed each and every one of them. Thank you Pamelas for making gluten free living so much more attainable for those of us who do not have the time to cook from scratch. Please keep up the good work and keep introducing new mixes for us to try =)
The ginger cookie mix sounds heavenly! I would love to try it, along with the rest! 🙂
Our family love, love, LOVES Pamela’s Baking and Pancake Mix. It makes the absolute best french crepes ever! My personal favorite is the Lemon Shortbread Cookies – I can’t eat just one. 🙂 We’d really like to try any of the Biscotti, but we haven’t found it in our area yet. I’ve been raving for months to my GF friends that Pamela’s products are the best “bar none”.
i would love to try the cornbread mix. i miss it!
My great greandmother always used to make us shortbread so I’d say I’d love the Pecan Shortbread.
I want it all! But if I have to choose I’d like to try the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies first.
i am drooling over the description of the Lemon Almond Biscotti
mmm lemon
I have a daughter who recently developed severe lactose intolerance, and she missed being able to eat regular cookies chips ahoy etc. Then we discovered pamela’s chocolate chunk cookies and she ABSOLUTELY loves them. She is dying to try the chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting, and the chocolate chip cookie mix.
I would love to try the chocolate cake mix. My food allergic son is going to be turning 1 and I am trying to find a great cake mix for him.
I love the sandwich bread mix but I would like to try the brownie mix.
Pamela’s Baking Mix is just so versatile that it has become our #1 favorite.
I LOVE Pamela’s Baking and Pancake Mix. I used it yesterday to make pancakes for a friend visiting from Germany and her first comment was, “Oh, how fluffy!”. My personal trainer told me to try the Brownie Mix. I can’t wait to try the Cornbread and Muffin Mix.
We love Pamela’s products, I think we support the health food store here! I can’t wait to try the cornbread come fall. I passed on the website, on my facebook, to my uncle who is also GF. Thanks for all the info.
We have tried most of Pamela’s mixes except the Cornbread mix, which I am anxious to try, & we have tried her chocolate chip cookies. My son (who has Celiac disease) loves the pancake/all-purpose mix. My husband enjoys the chocolate cake mix, & I like the brownie mix (using 2 eggs) the best. Although, Pamela’s chocolate chip cookies are quite tasty. I would love for Pamela’s to come out with either a yummy Graham cracker mix or come out with pre-made graham crackers!
My favorite Pamela’s product is the Baking and Pancake Mix. This is a staple in my pantry. The pancakes are great. I use it to make awesome banana muffins or banana bread. A non-gf teenager that I know “inhales” the banana muffins! Other recipes using the Baking Mix at pamelasproducts.com have all been good.
Hi,
I recently tried Pamela’s Chocolate chunk cookie mix and I LOVE it! I also am enjoying the Baking mix for the first time. I really would be interested in trying the Lemon Shortbread cookies, or any of Pamela’s cookies for that matter. This gift pack would be such a blessing if I am chosen!
Thank you for doing the giveaway!

wow! we have some severe food allergies in my house – most times we can just avoid some things – like using no milk – but one daughter can’t have any wehat – that makes baking for here difficult! she is only 5 and loves to help in the kitchen – she never gets to help bake- she has had limited fun stuff – we live in alaska – and the store i shop at the most does not have things like this – there is one store 130 miles away that sells soem stuff – but i am not sure about this brand- i will see if they can special order stuff in – sorry to say my entry doens’t tell you what we like of hers – but to my knowledge we never tried any of it – i will tell others about the giveaway – thanks!
Tina

My mom and i are were both diagnosed with celiac 2 years ago. We love all pamela’s products, but our favorite would have to be the pancake and baking mix! it makes wonderful pancakes and even better baked goods! 🙂
My mom and i LOVE the pancake and baking mix. The pancakes are to die for and it makes wonderful baked goods.
My son has autism and we are really trying to find him great products that are dairy and gluten free that TASTE GOOD too.
My very very very favorite Pamela’s product is the lemon shortbread cookies. I have to watch myself because one or two is NEVER enough. Having to retire from catering business because of the food allergies has been really hard because I have always done all of my own baking. So I think I would really like to try the cake mixes and baking mixes using some of the great recipes on the Pamela’s website!!!! PS I will never bother baking lemon cookies again because of Pamela’s
Hello
Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful gluten free/dairy free product giveaway. Both of my daughters have celiac disease and are lactose intolerant. Finding wonderful delicious food is a constant challenge. As a mother I want them to always feel like they have wonderful gluten free options available to them. They love Pamela’s Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies. I always give a bag to the classroom teacher to keep handy in the event that a child brings in cupcakes for their birthday, I never want my children to feel left out of the celebrations. The girls have been excited to try Pamela’s new Cornbread and Muffin Mix. They both love cornbread and have not been able to find a good gluten free substitute. The wonderful thing about Pamela’s is that their products can be adapted to make almost anything! They have covered all the bases and I can’t think of anything they would still need to create. Pamela’s has done a wonderful job making gluten free living easier. Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful giveaway!
