Did Someone Say Organic Cookie GIVEAWAY?!
Way back in the day, when I first created the website Go Dairy Free, there were just a few fledgling special diet companies out there. One of the first ones I made contact with was Gak’s Snacks. Jill, the mother of a child with multiple food allergies, created a peanut-free, tree nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free bakery (also vegan and organic) that churned out the most delicious coffee cakes and cookies under the Gak’s Snacks label.
But Jill’s once little company has grown since I first met her … and with that growth, she decided they needed a new identity. So Gak’s Snacks became HomeFree Treats. While I admit to missing the old name, I am elated that Jill hasn’t changed a thing about her products, aside from adding some new ones! Trust me, everyone will want these (just ask Sarah), they aren’t simply for the food allergic (yes, even if you can eat everything under the sun, you can, AND SHOULD enter to win this giveaway).
Oh yes, the giveway…

sorry about the earlier confusion. I’ll let my friends know that they must enter through their own comps. Thanks!
Any cookie that my 4 year old son with multiple food allergies can eat is a wonderful cookie to me! His 11 month old brother also has food allergies so I would love to win these cookies. It’s so hard to tell a child he can’t have something because it will make his sick. With these cookies, at least he would be able to have some treats.
1. sugar cookie
2. molasses cookie
My son LOVES your chocolate chip cookies!
Some with dark chocolate and pineapple
I would love to see a ginger sandwich cookie with a light lemon creme in the middle! Thanks!

Something with coconut or a pumpkin/ginger concoction. Oh yum…
Mmm… some kind that mimics a white chocolate chip macademia nut would be awesome!!!
Definitely to come up with something chewy and spicy with molasses and pumpkin pie spices… or maybe a chai spice blend. Cinnamon-sweet cookies are also great – they have to be soft though! Cinnamon/gingersnaps are good too, but… 😀

Coconut and chocolate and caramel much like some non vegan cookies old be little girls in uniforms…starts with an “S”
Brown sugar and caramel!
I would love to see a really decadent chocolate cookie with chocolate chips, toffee, caramel, and maybe even soybutter. Not really sure if you can make toffee without dairy, though???
I want these cookies because they’re dairy free.
I’d love to see an oatmeal raisin, a mint cookie(but not with chocolate) and a non-chocolate cookie with toffee bits in it!
Thanks for the giveaway!

It is incredibly hard to find animal friendly cookies, I’m grateful that you are making the world a better place and feeding it deliciousness at the same time 🙂
There should be a white choco macadamia nut cookie. B/c that’s 1 of the best flavas evah.
Obviously.
Duh.
😉
Something with coconut would be great. Maybe dates too.
Hmm – this contest ends Friday May 9th. Friday was the 8th, but Saturday is the 9th. I’ll assume Saturday 🙂
I would love to see chocolate mint cookies!
Gingersnaps! Like the super thin ones.
I think they should come up with a plain sugar cookie.
Pumpkin always does it for me!
Oatmeal coconut chip
Not sure if I’m too late for this or not. I’d like to see a good, safe vanilla sandwich cookie (vanilla wafers with vanilla cream inside). My daughter loves Home Free cookies and it is great to give her a treat with no worries!
Hi, I think the flavors all look yummy as they are, but please pick me for the free samples because I just started eating organic because I want to be healthier. I read Suzanne Somers book and she ruined me ha ha! Anyway, I have twin girls that just turned 2 and love cookies. I am looking to try some organic cookies they would like:)
Your cookies look delicious and could not be improved upon–but since you asked, why not a pretty pink pomegranate cookie? Pomegranate is very popular these days. Thank you for the contest. Happy Mother’s Day!
I would love gingerbread with raisins.
