me and my sister are both allergic to Gluten and we were always on a gluten-free diet ever since we were teenagers. |
I am also a vegetarian and my body has never been in a very good shape. Being a vegan can really make you much heathier.,’~
Presently have Painfull bladder Syndrome,Interstitial Cystitis, Gluten Intolorence and Irritable bowel Syndrome…on gluten free diet/ICS diet/Y SPEWD diet…no yeast, soy, eggs, wheat, abit of dairy- ALL MUST BE organic…no red meats…just chicken, fish and some pork/lots veggies….No preservatives,hormones,fillers, additives,brines…any help appreciated. Looking for mayo recipe, egg substitute, and ideas for breakfast too!
Only drinking distilled water for one year now and aloe…

HI! so glad I found this site! I have just been told that I have a casein allergy (I am 40 so I have been suffering a long time!) Yesterday i was feeling so lost and not knowing what to cook or eat. I love to cook and I now have a place to search for recipes and advice! Thank you!
Those recipes look amazing, one of the largest amounts I’ve seen, I’m going to have to try a few out for myself.
